By placing an order you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

Applicable Law
These conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and all disputes in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Prices
Prices on our pages are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%.

Delivery
Each product has a delivery lead time stated at the time of order. Goods available and required on a next day delivery must be ordered and paid for by 2.00p.m. All deliveries are made through third party operators e.g. carriers whilst we do our utmost to ensure your goods are with you by the dates stated on our Web site we cannot guarantee this fact.

Payment
We accept payment Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Switch and BACS payments to our bank account. All credit/debit card details given over the Internet to this site are encrypted.

Returns
We offer a no quibble guarantee: If you do not like your order for any reason, notify us by e-mail and return goods to us, within 7 days, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. We will credit the price of goods in full.

Delivery Charges
Delivery is included on all orders; Special courier delivery or special timed deliveries are charged as separately quoted on those items.

Complaints Procedure
Although we rarely have complaints we will be pleased to deal with any issues you may have promptly. Please contact us by email direct from our web site or telephone our office direct if you would prefer.
